Located in canton Ticino, the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland and
only 40 minutes' drive from Milan, Mendrisio is known

all-year-round discount of 30% to 70% on surplus
and garments from the previous season (manufacturers control
their stores directly here). The 130
stores consist of prestigious brands of men's,
women's and children's clothings, sports articles, household
goods and accessories. Popular among the Japanese and
Italians.

Traditional
Alpine Cheese Dairy (Organic)
See how cheese is made the traditional way in a little village of a
high valley in the countryside at 1430 m above sea level. Sheep cheese,
goat cheese, cow cheese come in mild, medium and strong flavours.
Trucks from as far as Zürich come here to collect the cheese
made with love by only a husband-and-wife team. Winner of 2006 prize
for the most creative goat cheeses.
