Neuchâtel
She enchants visitors with her beautiful location at the southern foot of the Jura.  The old patrician townhouses, the church and the castle are built in the region's typical yellow sandstone. The lovely Lake of Neuchâtel is the largest on Switzerland's soil.  In the Latenium by the lakeshore, one can relive the life of the ancient inhabitants who built their lake dwellings on stilts.
